Beatriz discovered yoga as part of her journey toward self-growth and spiritual connection. In 2013, she completed her 200-hour teacher training in Costa Rica and has been sharing her practice with students from all walks of life ever since.
For Beatriz, yoga is more than movement—it is about creating space in body and mind, cultivating patience, and approaching life with compassion and awareness. She believes consistency is the key to transformation and encourages her students to show up with kindness and curiosity.

For over 10 years, Ilona was the student who never missed a class, falling in love with every beat, every shimmy, and every laugh shared on the dance floor. After a decade of sweating, smiling, and secretly rehearsing in the back row, Ilona finally stepped forward to become an instructor.

Ilona love meeting new people, building friendships through music, and proving that fitness doesn’t have to feel like a chore.
So whether you’re here to shake off a few pounds, shake off a bad day, or just shake it for the joy of moving, you’re in the right place. Get ready to laugh, sweat, and discover why Zumba is more than a workout, it’s a way of life.
