Prepare for the dancing season ahead with great music, focused guidance, and a motivating atmosphere to help take your skills to the next level. All levels are welcome, whether your a social dancer or competitor, come learn and enjoy dancing together. No partner required.

Practice the right way with exercises designed to strengthen specific areas of your dancing. Every class, we’ll select, introduce, and break down each exercise, and repeat so you can build confidence, precision, and consistency in every dance.
Join us for an intense 45-minute Ballroom Drills class working on key ballroom fundamentals including posture, frame, balance, coordination, movement and sway.
Each session includes a structured warm-up, followed by targeted drills to help you build strong technique, develop your dancing and confidence on the floor.

Ballroom + Latin Beginners

Join our Ballroom and Latin Basics class, designed especially for beginners who want to start from the very beginning and learn step by step. You’ll be guided through the fundamental movement and technique that form the foundation of ballroom and Latin dancing in a friendly and supportive environment.
This class is perfect if you are completely new to dance, or if you have some previous dance experience and would like to revisit the basic principles and foundations of ballroom dancing.
In the initial eight week series, we will introduce four popular dances: Waltz, Quickstep, Cha Cha, and Jive, gradually building a short routine in each dance as your confidence grows.
No partner is required, just bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to try something new!
Ben and Stef
Ben and Stefanie have been dancing together since 2008, making them one of the few couples in ballroom dance to progress through youth, amateur, and professional careers as partners.
Representing the UK internationally, they competed across Europe, Asia, and America, earning titles such as being ranked the UK’s number one Amateur Ballroom couple twice, reaching the World Championship finals, and advancing to the semi-finals of all major championships, including the Blackpool Dance Festival, the UK Open, and the International Championships. As professionals, they became Rising Stars finalists at the UK Open and International Championships, and reached the quarter-finals at the British Open and Professional Ballroom International Championships.
Today, Ben and Stefanie focus on sharing their passion, expertise, and technical knowledge with students worldwide, inspiring the next generation of dancers.
Ale and Danni
Alessandro began dancing at the age of 9 in Italy. Over the years, Alessandro has achieved titles including Youth Italian Champion in ballroom dancing and an Italian vice champion in ten dance.
Danielle began dancing at the age of four in Newcastle upon Tyne, in her junior years becoming British junior classical sequence champion. She later joined the Cambridge University Dancesport Team while at University.
In 2019 Alessandro and Danielle began competing together nationally and internationally representing England. Together they became five-time North of England Finalists and British and UK Closed Semi-Finalists.
Today, they compete in the professional ballroom category representing the UK nationally while also enjoying and sharing their passion through teaching.
