Get ready to pulse, stretch, and sweat! My barre classes blend ballet, yoga, and Pilates into a dynamic, full-body workout, with influences from other dance styles to keep things fresh and fun. The warm-ups bring an uplifting, dance-inspired feel to get your energy up and your body moving from the start. Expect a mix of cardio, toning, conditioning, and strengthening, all designed to sculpt and energize your body. We’ll finish with feel-good stretching to leave you long and refreshed.

Jenny


Jenny has a Dance degree from Kingston University, London, and a lifelong passion for movement. Growing up she loved dancing, horse riding, football, Martial Arts but her love of dance outlasted everything else. After graduating, she discovered hot yoga, she trained as a hot yoga teacher in Thailand and then expanded by doing other trainings in Hatha, Teen Yoga and Mindfulness, Barre, and Jivamukti Yoga. She has been teaching Yoga and Dance for over 10 years.

Her classes are driven by a love of music and movement, energetic, expressive, and designed to make you feel uplifted.

  • Absolutely! Our classes are for everyone, Jenny’s class is an open levels class to ensure everyone feels comfortable and supported.

  • Not at all! Barre is for every body, no matter your current flexibility. Classes focus on pulsing, stretching and sweating and you’ll be encouraged to move at your own pace.

  • Come in comfortable, stretchy clothes that let you move freely. Layers are great too, so you can stay cozy or cool as the class warms up.

  • Bookings are required in advance to guarantee your place, as spots may be limited.

  • We’ve got you covered with herbal teas and other refreshments, but you’re welcome to bring your own water bottle if you’d like.
