Yin

Hatha Yoga

Flow

A traditional and balanced practice that focuses on mindful movement, alignment, and breath. In Hatha Yoga, postures are held for longer, giving space to build strength, flexibility, and awareness at a steady pace.

This class is perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike—inviting you to slow down, connect deeply with your body, and leave feeling centered, grounded, and refreshed.

Vinyasa Yoga

Flow

Empower

A fluid, breath-centered practice where movement and breath flow seamlessly together. In Vinyasa Yoga, postures are linked in creative sequences that build strength, flexibility, and focus while cultivating a moving meditation.

This class can range from gentle to energizing, offering space for all levels to explore mindful movement, release stress, and leave feeling balanced, clear, and uplifted.

Yin Yoga

Restore

A slow and meditative practice that targets the deeper layers of the body—connective tissues, joints, and fascia. In Yin Yoga, postures are held passively for several minutes, allowing the body to gently open and the mind to settle into stillness. This practice encourages patience, presence, and deep relaxation—helping to release tension, improve flexibility, and restore balance to both body and mind. Suitable for all levels, especially those seeking a calming practice.

Beatriz

Beatriz discovered yoga as part of her journey toward self-growth and spiritual connection. In 2013, she completed her 200-hour teacher training in Costa Rica and has been sharing her practice with students from all walks of life ever since.

For Beatriz, yoga is more than movement—it is about creating space in body and mind, cultivating patience, and approaching life with compassion and awareness. Her classes are built on what she calls the G.P.R. Principles: being Grateful for our bodies, Patient with our progress, and Respectful of our limitations. She believes consistency is the key to transformation and encourages her students to show up with kindness and curiosity.

Through her teaching, Beatriz empowers students to discover balance, clarity, and the reminder that everything they need is already within them. She continues to inspire her community with a practice that blends strength, mindfulness, and compassion both on and off the mat.
